This is the estimated time to complete the production of your product, in business days, and does not include shipping time, design time or proof time (if applicable).
Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days and therefore are not counted as part of any production time.
All turnaround times are assuming that customer's files are print-ready at the time the order is placed. If the files are not print-ready there is risk that the order may lapse past the cutoff time for that buiness day. An order is not considered toward any turnaround time until print-ready files are present as part of the order.
STANDARD ORDERS:
Orders received before 12:00pm EST are considered first business day.
Orders received after 12:01pm EST are counted towards the following business day.
Orders that come in late in the day Friday may not actually start printing until Monday.
RUSH ORDERS: Extra fees apply for all Rush Orders.
Same Day Rush Orders must be in by 9:00am EST and will be ready to ship the same business day.
Next Day Rush Orders must be in by 9:00am EST and will be ready to ship the next business day.
