We reserve the right to update and revise these terms without prior notice to reflect changes in our policies, services and/or in response to our customers' feedback.
How Gang Printing Works
By grouping your job on a "gang" with many other customers' jobs, we are able to substantially reduce the cost of Full Color Printing. Because individual attention can not be given to each piece without affecting the rest of the run, gang printing works within a "pleasing color" spectrum. This means that output will vary from run to run, and can not be reproduced precisely. Because color is objective, we are unable to guarantee your color output.
Because of limitations with the process of gangrun printing, AND the differences in equipment, paper, and neighboring image ink requirements - the accuracy of color reproduction IS NOT guaranteed.
By placing and order with Reduced Printing you agree to this limitation.
Other Color Guarantees
We accept no responsibility for color variations between submitted files and the final printed piece. The "pleasing color" standard is an industry-wide accepted trade practice.
Likewise, we cannot control the color reproduction of a customer's computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that the actual print color will precisely match any preview as it appears your monitor.
Also, Inkjet and laser prints are known to look substantially different than offset printing. We offer quick turnaround and low prices by printing to a "pleasing color" standard, using standard ink densities. There is no guarantee that your finished piece will match your printer output. This is due to the varying results from different output devices including inkjet printers, continuous tone proofing devices,and film-based proofs.
Finally, because the differences in equipment also affects the outcome of a print run, we cannot guarantee that the actual print color will precisely match previous jobs printed by another printing company.
Repeat: Under no circumstances will a reprint be honored for color variations that have occurred during the printing process.
Exact color matching can only be achieved through an expensive and time consuming matchprint proofing process. Currently, we do not offer such a service.

Although we make every intention of meeting all posted turnaround times, our turnaround is intended as an estimate and not a guarantee. We can not be responsible for mechanical malfunctions, acts of god, or other unforseen circumstances. However, by adding 1-day rush service, we guarantee that your job will ship next business day, or we will refund you 100% off your rush charge. Please contact us for more information.
All prices and dollar amounts on this Website are in US dollars. Currently Reduced Printing only accepts Visa or MasterCard. We reserve the right to accept credit cards from issuers of our choice. By submitting a credit card number to Reduced Printing you are representing and warranting that the credit card information you provide is valid, authentic, current, and one that you are authorized to use it.
All products and service orders must be paid for at the time of the order. Under NO conditions does Reduced Printing offer terms, or extend credit.
Because each job is created custom for the client, it can not be reused or resold, All Sales Are Final.
A print order can be cancelled at any time prior to it entering into production. Cancelled orders require compensation for incurred costs and related obligations at the time of cancellation. If you cancel an order prior to it entering into production a Reduced Printing Customer Service representative will inform you of any cancellation charges incurred. Please allow at least 15 business days for any refunded monies to be credited to your account.
Due to the speed of our turnaround, a print order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be given once it has entered into production or any process thereafter. No refunds are issued for Graphic design services.
All cancellations must be completed through this website by accessing your Account, select "My Orders" and click on the order number in Pending Orders. If you do not see a button for cancellation next to the job number, the job has gone into production and cannot be cancelled.
Shipping & Delivery
Reduced Printing ships all packages via either FedEx or UPS. Our standard shipping level is Ground Shipping. Our shipping charges are based on rates provided to us by the carriers and they may vary from time to time.
All orders are shipped F.O.B. This means that responsibility for finished work, it's ownership and risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier at shipping point.
Because shipping carriers are beyond our control, Reduced Printing is not responsible for delays and/or damage incurred during shipping.
The estimated delivery time for any given shipment will vary according to the method of shipping you choose and/or by your location. Please note that because we use a third party shipping service we are not able to guaranty a specific delivery date or time. If you have time sensitive materials, please make sure you allow sufficient time to receive your order.
Your estimated shipping time is in addition to the order turnaround time you selected during the order process. Add the turnaround time and estimated shipping time together to estimate the actual delivery date.
If you have dated or time sensitive material please plan accordingly; leave plenty of time to receive your order. We strongly suggest that in such circumstances you do not rely on Ground Service for delivery. We suggest you upgrade your shipping to one of the special accelerated shipping services that are guaranteed by the carrier.
Our shipping process cannot accommodate shipping multiple print orders as part of one package. Each discrete product ordered will be shipped separately, will require a separate shipping charge, will have its own estimated shipping time, and may arrive on a different date to other products you have ordered.
We cannot split a single order for shipment to two different addresses. If you need the same product to go to more than one destination you must make a separate order for the quantity needed for each destination.
Because carriers do not ship to a Post Office box, it is your responsibility to verify that an actual street address has been entered, and that it is the correct and accurate address (including zip code) for your delivery. We are not responsible for any delays, losses or increased delivery charges caused by mistaken or incorrect delivery addresses.
Holidays may affect and delay your shipping times. Please take holidays into account when estimating your package delivery time.
If a package is not delivered due to a customer refusal, including failure to pick up the product from the carrier in the event you missed the re-delivery, or an error made by the customer such as an proper shipping address, we may request the package to be reshipped, with the corrected address if applicable of course, and you will be charged an additional shipping fee for this reshipment. You may also incur additional fees as a result of the inability of the carrier to deliver the order, as well as return fees. Even if you decline to have a product reshipped, you will continue to be responsible for the product cost, original shipping and any additional fees incurred as a result of the product being returned, and you consent to these fees being charged against the credit card used for the transaction.
If, after placing an order, you wish to change the shipping address you may not do so. Changes to the shipping address are costly administrative chores and we have no way to charge you for the difference in the shipping fees should there be one. Perhaps once the job is in transport you can request such a change from the carrier using your tracking number.
Please take note that if you choose a residential address as your delivery address carriers will typically not require a signature at the time of delivery and the package may be left at the address. We are not responsible for theft or damage to these packages and are not liable for, and no refund, cancellation or credit will be due as a result of such incident.
By placing an order with Reduced Printing you are agreeing that we are not responsible or liable for, and no refund, cancellation or credit will be due as a result of shipping company delays, acts of God, weather conditions, or any other circumstances that are beyond our direct control.
Due to the speed of our turnaround and the reduced cost of our print work, Reduced Printing currently does not offer a proofing service. We expect that all clients using our online ordering system have read and understood our Terms of Service as well as our "Printing 101" guide before placing an order.
ClaimsClaims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made by the client in writing no later than 1 calendar day after delivery. If no such claim is made, our company and the client will understand that the job has been accepted. By accepting the job, the client acknowledges that our performance has fully satisfied all terms, conditions and specifications.
Prices posted on this website are subject to change without notice. Written estimates are good for 5 business days. An estimate not accepted within 5 business days may be void.
Accuracy of Quotes
Quotations are based on the accuracy of the specifications provided. Reduced Printing reserves the right to requote a job at the time of submission if the job does not conform to the information on which the original estimate was based.
Right To Refuse
Our print company reserves the right to use its sole discretion in refusing to print anything it deems improper or known to be illegal. Our print company is not liable for any damages resulting from unwitting violation of copyright laws or illegal use of trade names or slogans. The client guarantees the legal title of all matter submitted to our print company for printing and/or publication.
Reduced Printing’s liability shall be limited to the stated selling price to the customer of any defective goods, and shall in no event include special, consequential, incidental, indirect or similar damages, including without limitation, lost profits. Reduced Printing warrants that every product manufactured by it meets industry standard for such product and is free of any material defect in workmanship. IT IS EXPRESSLY AGREED THAT THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR USE AND MERCHANTABILITY. Reduced Printing makes no other warranty and no actions or words of Reduced Printing or its officers, employees or agents shall constitute a warranty.
It is the client responsibility to maintain a copy of the original computer files, and artwork. Reduced Printing is not responsible for accidental loss or damage to media supplied by the client or for errors on supplied artwork furnished by the client. Until Reduced Printing can evaluate digital input, no claims or promises are made about our ability to work with jobs submitted in digital format, and no liability is assumed for problems that may arise. Any additional translating, editing, or programming needed to utilize client-supplied files will be charged at our current rates. Reduced Printing does not archive your work for longer than it takes to produce the final product. Please save your work!
The customer represents that it has the legal right to produce all printed materials ordered from Reduced Printing. In the event that a charge, claim or demand, or arbitration, action or proceeding (collectively, a "Claim") is made or commenced against Reduced Printing based upon, relating to or arising from the alleged wrongful acts of the customers, or alleging that the printing performed or product produced by Reduced Printing ordered by the customer: (a.) infringes any copyright, patent or other proprietary right of any person; or (b.) contains matter that is libelous, slanderous, defamatory, scandalous or obscene, the customer shall indemnify and hold Reduced Printing harmless from and against any loss, damages, cost and expense arising from or related to the Claim including without limitation; (1.) defending Reduced Printing against any such Claim (2.) paying any judgment or award against the customer; and (3.) reimbursing Reduced Printing for any legal fees and expenses it reasonably incurs in responding.
Overruns / Underruns
Reduced Printing will normally deliver the exact quantity of goods ordered plus or minus a small amount. The generally accepted trade practice is plus or minus 5%. Therefore a box of 5000 postcards for example, may contain any amount between 4700 to 5200 postcards. There is no extra charge for the additional amount nor is there a refund for the lessor amount. If a minimum quantity is a dire necessity to your order, we recommend that you adjust the total quantity ordered to account for the possibility of an under run.
Right To Subcontract
Reduced Printing shall have the right to assign any portion of the work required to another contractor.
We guarantee all orders to be free of defects in workmanship. If any order does not match the generally accepted trade standards, we will reprint the order or issue the customer a refund at our discretion.
Credit Card Billing
Your credit card bill will read "888 NYC FLYERS, Inc." or "ReducedPrinting"
Privacy & Security
We are committed to taking all reasonable steps to safeguard your personal data or other information provided to this website. We use secure servers and encryption software and various other precautions, but remember that no system is infallible.
Any information we collect from order processing or from any inquiries is not shared with any other company. Your information is only used for contact, billing, and shipping purposes. Your credit card information is never stored on our website.

Disputes & Venue
For legal purposes, the venue for any dispute shall be Volusia County, Florida
Reduced Printing may suspend or terminate your account and or your right to utilize the services made available through this Website in the event that it determines or has reasonable grounds to suspect that you are in violation of the Site Terms.
